Sean Finnegans Pub sits inside what was originally known as The Bank Exchange. The documents show it dated back to the 1800’s and was originally a bank so when the saloon took over they took on the name the Bank Exchange. Originally a saloon, then bar, eatery and last a sports bar. Sean Finnegan’s Pub is located in Old Sacramento, CA. It sits in the same spot so many other saloons, pubs and bars have been for over 100 years. We have found the original bar was known as the Bank Exchange which took over for the bank that was there previously. The Bank dates back to 1855.
