Kingfishr
Kingfishr is a prominent three-piece Irish indie folk band that formed in Limerick in 2022. The trio consists of Edmond "Eddie" Keogh (lead vocals, guitar), Eoghan "McGoo" McGrath (banjo, vocals), and Eoin "Fitz" Fitzgibbon (guitar, vocals). Though none of the members are originally from Limerick, they met and started playing music together in 2018 while studying engineering at the University of Limerick.

The Cranberries
The Cranberries are an iconic Irish alternative rock band formed in Limerick, Ireland in 1989. Originally named "The Cranberry Saw Us", the band's core lineup included guitarist Noel Hogan, bassist Mike Hogan, drummer Fergal Lawler, and legendary frontwoman Dolores O'Riordan, who was known for her distinctive voice and strong Limerick accent. They went on to sell over 40 million records worldwide.
