3Advance is owned by Paul Murphy and Darren Gibney, from Mayo and Co Down respectively. Both went to QUB, and have been in America for around 20 years, with Darren in Chicago, and Paul still in DC where they first worked together. 3Advance develops digital products for startups and Shift is the most important project we’ve ever worked on.

Celtic House on Columbia Pike is a proper neihborhood bar. What makes it special is the community. It’s as predictable as it is welcoming. The mostly Irish staff make sure the craic is alive and the pints are decent. Their special sauce is publican Michael McMahon, who’s almost always around, welcoming everyone who steps foot in the place. This is the mark of a great Irish pub around here.
