Each March, the Irish Channel St. Patrick’s Day Parade fills the streets with beads, flowers, and Irish pride.

Founded by Jim Monaghan in the early 80's, and shortly after his death in 2001, the "Irish Beauty" became known simply as Erin Rose. It's a staple of the French Quarter, just a few steps from Bourbon St.
